NNCA MASTER DEED & BYLAWS

The Amended and Restated Master Deed and Bylaws have been filed and recorded in Ottawa Country and are now active. All co-owners must follow the current Amended and Restated Master Deed and Bylaws.

This Repair and Maintenance guide is a quick reference to see what is covered by NNCA and what is the responsibility of the co-owner. Please refer to NNCA Master Deed & Bylaws as well as Rules & Regulations for specifics.


INSURANCE COVERAGE INFORMATION

Coldbrook Insurance Group insures NNCA. Make sure you review your home owner’s policy with your provider in comparison with NNCA coverage. This way you will avoid overpaying for overlaps. You will also avoid unexpected expenses for gaps between the coverage.


NNCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS JOB DESCRIPTIONS

At each annual Member Meeting in September, either 3 or 4 BOD positions are up for election. Here is a general listing of the duties of each director. No one person is elected to a specific position. Once co-owners are elected to the Board, those directors decided who will hold each position for the upcoming year. Each director holds a place on the Board for a term of 2 years but may hold a different position on the Board each year. Use the form below to submit a short biography to run for the board yourself!

NNCA FINES & PENALTIES

To make reasonable rules and regulations governing the use and enjoyment of the Condominium by members, their tenants, guests, employees, invitees, families, pets and to enforce such rules and regulations by all legal methods including without limitation, imposing fines and late payment charges, or instituting eviction or legal proceedings.


SELLING YOUR CONDO

It is important to contact the Treasurer when you decide to sell your condo. There is paperwork that must be completed prior to closing.
