    NNCA is tucked in between Riley Street and Butternut Drive on Holland’s north side. We are just a bike ride away from multiple Lake Michigan beach access points.

  • How many units are in The Nook?

    We have 109 single family units in 21 buildings. Some buildings have 4 units and some have 6 units. Some units have double-stall garages while others have single-stall garages.

  • Are you managed by a corporation?

    We are managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 3-7 co-owners who serve a minimum of 2 years each. Many members have served for multiple terms. We contract with Cornerstone Property Management for maintenance and service.

  • What do buyers actually own?

    We have common exterior spaces with co-owners owning their units from the walls in. The common areas are maintained by monthly assessments per unit based on the annual operating budget. Infrequent special assessments may be levied for capital projects with every unit contributing a percent to the shared project.
